The Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch Kale is a variety that produces attractively curled, blue-green leaves. Although kale is traditionally a cold weather crop, this dwarf kale variant is slightly hardier and can be grown successfully in the Singapore climate.
Dwarf Blue Curled Scotch Kale microgreens have a sweet, nutty flavor that is perfect for fresh salads. If grown to a larger baby green size, the leaves can be steamed or cooked as a yummy vegetable dish.
These kale seeds can be easily grown into microgreens or baby vegetables. We have also had great success growing the seedlings into mature plants in an indoor hydroponics setup.
Seeds do not need to be pre-soaked, and microgreens can be harvested in 12-14 days.
